Dietary goals

Low Carb

Fewer carbohydrates, a more balanced sense of wellbeing.

Overview

The low-carb food group is built on low-carbohydrate ingredients, mostly slowly absorbed, for more stable blood sugar and energy levels. The emphasis in these dishes is on vegetables, quality protein sources and fibre, while avoiding fast-absorbing side dishes and added sugar. This includes our pasta-free soups and the 1A, 1B, 1C meal lines, made primarily from low Súlykontroll Index ingredients. The 21-day intensive Súlykontroll programme lunch (E21) and dinner (V21) variants also feature prominently, as does the all-day plan for those seeking a unified daily solution. The new Súlykontroll salad line offers fresh, vegetable-based combinations that fit well into the low-carb approach.

Who is it for?

Low-carb dishes can be incorporated at both lunch and dinner, supplemented with light soups or salads as desired. The goal is not extreme deprivation but conscious regulation of the quantity and quality of carbohydrates.
