Customer service
Customer service staff are available on working days between 6:00 and 15:00 at the above contacts, where you can also submit orders and cancellations by phone or fax.
We accept orders, cancellations and address changes until 13:00 on the working day before delivery. For Monday delivery, you may submit your order, cancellation or address change until 15:00 on the last working day of the previous week (Friday in a normal week).
From Monday to Thursday (for deliveries on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) you can also place orders and address changes between 10:00 and 13:00. This applies to online orders only and not all items are available. Cancellations between 10:00 and 13:00 on these days can only be made through customer service.
Complaint handling is also managed by customer service. In the case of a quality or quantity complaint, the complaint will be investigated immediately and responded to in writing within 30 days at the latest.
