Child-Friendly

Healthy ingredients, child-friendly flavours that parents can serve with confidence.

Overview

The child-friendly food group consists of dishes specifically tailored to children's tastes and nutritional needs. Quality ingredients are the primary focus: no refined sugar is used; honey or erythritol is used for sweetening. For flour-based dishes, spelt and oat flour are preferred; breaded items are baked in the oven with minimal oil spray rather than deep-fried. The flavour profile is deliberately child-friendly: familiar, loveable classics made with healthier techniques and compositions. When creating menus, we pay attention to appropriate protein, vegetable and fibre ratios, as well as balanced daily energy intake.

Who is it for?

Portion sizes are tailored to the 10–15 age group, but the dishes are also a good choice for adults when weight loss is not the goal. The aim is to always put a reliable, nourishing yet delicious meal in front of the child, one that the parent can serve with confidence and the child will enjoy eating.
