Mixed diet
We recommend the 21-day intensive Súlykontroll diet for those who dedicate 3 weeks of their life to getting slimmer and want to achieve lasting results quickly. Follow it for 21 consecutive days without a break. You can start any week. E21 is the lunch, V21 is the dinner menu. Saturday meals are delivered on Friday. Three fruit and vegetable days during the diet (not delivered!) fall on Sundays.
